Please notify us within 7 days from receipt of your order if you wish to return or exchange any items. our returns policy only applies to damaged/defective items.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately, stating your order number and providing photos of the damage or fault. Once we have looked into your query, we will be in touch with you regarding next steps.
You will not be charged for redelivery/collection fees for damaged items. Please note that we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange if we are not notified about a damaged item within 24 hours of arrival, so please check your items on arrival.
